The Efergy Elite consists of three parts, a clamp to go over your live feed wire (up to 12mm) at your electricity meter box, a battery powered wireless transmitter (up to 50m open-air) to connect to the clamp and a battery powered wireless receiver display which receives the information from the wireless transmitter and which you take from room to room to check how much energy you are using.

The key advantage of the Efergy over other monitors is the addition of an in-depth memory function.  This enables the user to see exactly how much electricity is used per day, per week and per month.  Memory makes it easier to compare electricity usage on a day by day, week by week and month by month basis which is particularly useful if you are interested in reducing consumption.

The new Elite model can also show dual tariff usage and costs so you can calculate regular and Economy 7 costs if available.
