A stylish, contemporary table set of place mats and coasters made from genuine decommissioned fire-hose.

Previously deployed in active duty for up to 30 years, fighting fires around the UK, the hose was crying out to be reborn as coasters and place mats.

Wipe-clean, non-slip, heat-resistant - they are perfect to protect your table and the traditional craftsmanship means they look great too.

The place mats and coasters are made from reclaimed fire hoses that were otherwise on their way to landfill. To date, the makers have rescued over 40 tons of material from entering landfill sites.

The place mats and coasters are made by Elvis and Kresse who are based in Bournemouth. Although they started in London, they now collect fire hoses from across the UK and in order to thank Britain’s Brigades, 50% of their profits go back to the Fire Fighters Charity.
